a bit wishy, washy, yes.
but do you know how long i've been googling `sotomayor,' and `death penalty'?
about as often as moroni.
Critical but cautious. I don't think the SC is going reverse itself on the constitutionality of the death penalty anytime soon...but I think she will make it look more critically at a lot of cases.
